What we do
VaitalCare’s Patient Retention Engine helps clinics run QR intake, a lightweight doctor queue, digital prescription PDFs on WhatsApp, medicine reminders, and automated follow-up sequences. It is designed to sit beside how clinics already work — not replace a full EMR or hospital HIS.
Why we built it
After the first visit, many patients never return for recommended follow-ups. Front desks are busy; paper notes get lost; reminders rely on someone remembering to call. Clinics lose continuity of care and predictable revenue without realising it.
We focused on one job: make retention reliable on the channel patients already open every day — WhatsApp — with setup measured in minutes, not multi-week IT projects.
How we work with clinics
- Browser-based tools for reception and doctors — no heavy install on clinic PCs.
- Official WhatsApp Business API messaging for templates and delivery where configured.
- Clinic-owned patient data, scoped per clinic (tenant isolation).
- Hands-on onboarding support for early customers; email support after go-live.
