We’re a small team shipping clinic retention software. If you care about healthcare ops and product craft, we’d like to hear from you.
How hiring works right now
We do not currently list fixed open roles with published headcount targets. Roles open as product demand and funding allow. If nothing is listed as open below, you can still introduce yourself — strong speculative applications are welcome.
Profiles we’re often interested in
- Full-stack engineers (TypeScript/Vue or similar) comfortable with product ownership.
- Ops / customer success people who enjoy clinic onboarding and WhatsApp workflow design.
- Part-time design or content help for doctor-facing communication.
What to send
Email vaitalcare.bnglr@gmail.com with subject “Careers — [your role]” and include:
- A short note on why clinic software interests you.
- Links to work (GitHub, portfolio, writing) — no confidential clinical data.
- Preferred location / remote constraints and availability.
We aim to reply to relevant applications within two weeks. Not hearing back within that window usually means we cannot proceed at this time — not a reflection on your profile.
